Happiness is ______ {Week 13} #happinessis

Happiness is this girl!  My niece, who is just a doll!  It is kinda weird to have a baby girl around the house, but you won't catch me complaining :)

Happiness is a trip to a new dog park.  New doggy friends and the sight these boys rocking out with my 80s headbands.

Happiness is Instagram Video and the little things a big brother will do to make his brothers morning just a little sweeter!

Happiness is getting the same day results.  I am cancer free.  The lump is a fibroadenoma.  A non cancerous breast tumor.  God is good!  I feel like I can finally breath again!

  2. Hi there! Thanks for linking up at the BlogLovin Hop hosted by Journeys of the Zoo and Spit and Sparkles.

What a scare you had with the tumor! God is good, and I'm thanking Him for you. I experienced this same type of tumor in my left breast when I was 18. And just 6 months later, I found out I had a Stage1A ovarian tumor that was cancer. Of course, the two were unrelated, but talk about scary! I did not need chemo or radiation, just surgery, thankfully. Are you having your tumor removed? Feel free to contact me if you'd like to share more about your experience and hear from someone who's also been there.

    Best wishes,
    Steffany

    1. Oh wow! My father passed away a year ago. After beating oral cancer, it came back in his lungs and liver. And 2 of his sisters are in remission. My brother in law lost the fight with Leukemia. That explains why I was even more terrified. I am so glad you were able to skip the chemo and radiation. I will go back in 6 months to recheck it. But no talks of having it removed yet. Did you have yours removed?
