It's Monday. Again. Already. But I'm on a roll this morning. Laundry is started, dishes are put away and dishwasher is loaded, everyone is fed and beds are made. Now on to the food. Because the boys have eaten everything and we are down to cereal and eggs.
Here's whats cooking in my kitchen this week! Including these amazing meatballs that I shared on Instagram a few weeks ago. They are amazing!
Monday: Baked Honey Garlic Chicken, alfredo and asparagus
Tuesday: Spaghetti and salads
Wednesday: Sriracha Meatballs with brown rice pilaf and stir fry veggies.
Thursday: Leftovers. (Pool day)
Friday: Beef and Broccoli over brown fried rice.
Saturday: Chicken and veggies on the grill.
I also decided to start adding in a prepped lunch for the week. I've noticed that either I skip lunch or I eat everything. This I think will make it so much easier for me to remember and limit what I eat. I'm leaning towards these amazing lettuce wraps I was on Pinterest. I forgot to save it but I wrote down what I need.
We only have a few more weeks of summer so starting this week we are starting to get back into our weekday routine. Earlier dinners and bedtimes. Davids schedule should also be going back to normal soon. Thankfully. We have been missing having him home for dinner. Plus the boys save all their crazy/curious questions for dinner time and I need backup!
