Menu Plan: 2•11•19

Who is ready for the new week?  I know I am.  I woke up to see David off to work, the boys got up and out the door with minimal issues and now I'm about ready to head to the hospital to get my labs done.  And despite David having to tell me to go to bed after I fell asleep doing a puzzle on my phone, I slept pretty well!  So I'm feeling a little chipper this morning.  Just a little now, lets not get carried away OK!


We can talk about this weeks menu though.  Tonights dinner is the only new recipe on there.  I'm mostly excited about it because its got avocados on it and I love me some avocados.  Here is what else we have lined up this week!

Chicken Fajita Wedge Salads

Tacos

Supper Club Tilapia Swai
Salads

THURSDAY
Roasted Chicken
Potatoes
Veggies

FRIDAY
Leftovers


This week, as usual, is another quick and easy menu.  As much as I love spending time in the kitchen and cooking, there are other things to be done.  Like making sure Alex has all his valentines ready for the party and playing football with the boys.  And lets not forget about the other things like, laundry and dishes.  Those two are never ending, right?!

I'm excited to try the wedge salads tonight.  I have to admit, I'm a little worried it will be to light for these guys.  Feeding two growing boys and a man working two jobs and I'm like "here guys, have a salad!"  I'm sure they will be fine.
