Monday:
Pizza with avocado and tomato salad.
Tuesday:
Enchiladas, spanish rice and beans. Rolled over from last week.
Wednesday:
Lemon pepper turkey and asparagus over brown rice pilaf
Thursday:
Leftovers / Chicken Cesar salads.
Friday:
Herb buttered salmon with broccoli and sliced tomatoes.
Saturday:
Balsamic marinated steak, roasted potatoes and green beans.
Sunday:
Chicken stir fry over rice.
I am going to be cutting up one stalk of celery and the big carrots to freeze for future meals. The boys and David all take apples to School/Work for snacks. And I'm not sure if I want to juice the oranges or what. Anyone have a fun orange recipe?
