Monday: How hard is is to throw Caesar salad and rotisserie chicken in a wrap? Not to hard. Easy enough the boys will be making them!
Tuesday: We are all Spurs fans here right? Papa Johns runs a game day special with buy one get one half off. I was hoping for pizza for last nights game but Tuesday is fine too!
Wednesday: Baked Pork chops with oven roasted potatoes and broccoli.
Thursday: Time to clean out the fridge. I love these nights. Everyone eats a little bit of everything and nothing has to be thrown away. Plus it clears out all the space in the fridge.
Friday: Chicken Adobo. This recipe was given to me from a friend. It was how her mom used to make it for us when we were little. So good over white rice. Maybe I will share the recipe with y'all!
Saturday: Weekend dinners are never set in stone but if we are home, we will be having Enchiladas for dinner. With rice and beans of course.
Sunday: Most Sunday dinners are spend at Grandmas house. If we don't go over there, we will have them over for Spaghetti. Salad and crusty bread on the side will make for a filling Sunday dinner!
So there is our menu for the week. Now that its summer I will be trying out some new recipes. If you have a favorite summer dinner you'd like to share, I would love to try it. And if you are looking for more menu plans, check out the Menu Plan Monday link up over at Im an Organizing Junkie Until next week!
