Monday - There was no practice today. The boys and I made spaghetti. It was supposed to be Anthony's meal last week but someone we never got around to it. I don't know how, but whatever. We had it today.
Tuesday - Practice tonight. So I am keeping it easy with Southwest Chicken Wraps. These are by far my favorite Pinterest find ever! Mostly because David can eat them once a week and not complain. The only other thing he always asks for is spaghetti and we all know how much I
Wednesday - Practice again, so if there are left overs we will have that. If not, I will bake the fish I planned on cooking last week. See, must have had take out that night too! Geeze!
Thursday - Enchiladas, Rice and beans. I was going to make green chili ones but then I realised how much chicken we are eating. This will be my one red meat for the week!
Friday - MMMM. I haven't made chicken long rice in a while. And I think I will make some little beef lumpia to go along with it. Hey, yes its fried, but its not fast food! I'm gonna take that as a win this week.
