I'm so glad we are starting this up again. Instead of weekly goals its been moved to monthly goals. Which I think is great since mine stayed the same for the most part. I am starting out kinda light, but hopefully I will come up with some more challenging goals! I'm open to suggestions too! Here are my September Goals...
- Physical: Get outside more. To walk the dog, run, yard work, what every. This weekend we hit up the pool and I had forgot just how happy sunshine made me. There is just something about it that relaxes me. I spend way to much time indoors. I would like to be outside more than just to walk Anthony to and from the bus stop!
- Mental/Emotional: Say yes more often. And not just to the boys but to myself too. I turn down so many things because I let my head get in the way. I'm stubborn and I really need to loosen up and live again!
- Spiritual: Go to church. I've been saying it for to long and I need to just do it already! Its been a few months since I've been and it wasn't even one here in town. I know my mom would go with me, and it would be nice to spend that time with her.
- Something fun: Date Night! I need this bad! And I know after the schedule David is on this month, he will be needing one too. I don't even need a whole night, just a few hours will be more than enough to me!
- BONUS: Its almost time for the Vital Alliance Donate Life 5K again. Actually just remembered that it is next month already. The past 2 years I have raised well over my first goal of $100. I always feel so bad asking for donations. Especially when I have already been shown so much love. But I keep telling my self it is for a great cause and I only ask once....or twice. I guess first I should register though. And before I do that I need to figure out if I want to get a team together or just walk as an individual....
So there they are! These goals seem easy enough for the first month. How will I do? What will I come up with next month? Only time will tell :)

Great goals!!! We need a date night sooo bad! We were really good at setting up a sitter every other Monday for date night (one of our college students at church) but we've let it go by the wayside for far too long!
