Sharing our Spoons Week #10

“Sharing Our Spoons” will be a weekly link-up where you are able to find support and encouragement to focus on your entire health. Not just physical but all of you. For this link-up you will be able to choose holistic goals to help you achieve optimal health. The five goals include: Physical, Mental/Emotional, Spiritual, Something Fun and a Bonus of something that will get us out of our comfort zone.

  1. Physical: Exercise at least 3 times this week.  If we count walking a crazy dog home after a night of fireworks, then yes, I actually did some sort of workout 3 days this week.  Although the dog left me more sore than the others.  Think that's telling me something!
  2. Mental/Emotional:  Read.  I have made it though 4 more Evanovich books and am still working on A Thousand Splendid Suns.  I also got the Sookie Stackhouse Series that I want to start.  I wonder if I will like them as much as I love True Blood??
  3. Spiritual:  More alone time.  I spent quite a bit keeping to myself this week.  Got a lot of thinking done.  And a whole heck of a lot of praying done.  I also found a local church who holds its services online and all though out the week has segments online too.  I spend many hours just watching and I think my goal will be to spend more time watching and writing my thoughts out afterward. 
  4. Something fun:  I think we are going to attack the "Summer List" over the next few days. We are crossing more and more off the list.  And somehow have only made a little dent in the list.  Guess we will just keep working on it.  Ill share pics later of our trip to the Duck Pond and having sno cones afterwards :)
  5. BONUS: I'm still working on my donate life video.  I think I have an idea of how I want it to flow.  This week I will be getting all my photo, video and notes together.
