Whats Cooking

Ok time to get back on top of my cooking. I took a week off and I can see it. I made muffins and a muffin top! Another pretty easy week in front of the stove. With a few changes, everything is pretty low sodium. Here is what I have lined up for dinner.

Monday- Pork Chops, scalloped potatoes and broccoli salad

Tuesday- Spaghetti and garlic bread

Wednesday- Chicken Curry and white rice

Thursday- Pioneer Woman’s Sloppy Joes made with ground turkey

Friday- Shrimp Scampi and linguine and salad

My mother in law makes lunch most days.  Breakfast most days is cereal or omelettes.  And I still need to pick up some snacks for the week too. Most likely grapes and cheese, because that’s what the boys love the most. And what ever other fruit they have that look good.
