Its been quiet around here. Last week was one of those that I just had to put my head down and one foot in front of the other. And from the looks of it this week is going to be pretty much the same. But then we have a week of no work for David and no school for the boys. That is what I'm going to focus on.
But first I have to get through Monday. But I have a plan. My menu is done and my to do list is ready to go. And hopefully, I will be able to get though most of it early in the week.
This weeks menu is a little more carb filled than others. But I didn't have the energy to think of something else to make so we'll just improvise.
Monday: Philly Cheese Steaks. Bread for the boys, bell peppers for the adults.
Tuesday: Monster Meatloaf with Salads
Wednesday: Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken and Corn
Friday: Tuna Casserole and Salads
Most of my prep for the week is done. I still have some fruit to cut for lunches and snacks but that's about it. Even Koopas greens are cut up and ready to go. This guy loves to eat. Fresh dandelions are his favorite! Am I the only one who finds it a little funny that he can eat everything I can't? I might just get a little jealous as I load his plate with all these greens.
