Here we go. The first menu of the year! Who else is planning and prepping meals with me this year?
Monday: Spaghetti and chops.
Tuesday: Spicy tuna wraps.
Wednesday: Chicken adobo.
Thursday: Lemon and butter swai.
One of my mini goals for the new year is to try new recipes at least once a week. I have been pinning and saving so many. This week the wraps and swai are new. The boys have been asking for new food so here's to hoping they like them. They like almost everything, so I'm not to worried about it.
Do you plan your meals? I just started a few years ago and it makes all the difference. We need to be better at shopping on the weekends and getting everything prepped for the week too. Today it didn't happen but the boys go back to school and David has the day off tomorrow, so we are going to have some fun, run some errands and get groceries before getting the boys.
