Menu Plan Monday: March14th

You know what I love and hate about school breaks?  I never know what day it is!  Today we went grocery shopping and when I got home and was scanning my receipt into Ibotta, I realized it was Monday and not Sunday. Hence the late post.


So of course since we had just filled the house up with fresh and healthy food, we ate at home right?  Want to know something bad?  Usually after shopping in Sunday's, we pick up a pizza for dinner. Tonight the boys were at Grandmas so David and I went out to eat. I still can't believe it's Monday already!

Well here's the line up for the rest of the week. 

Monday:  We went to Wingstop...

Tuesday:  Lemon Pepper Turkey, brown rice and asparagus. 

Wednesday: Salsa Verde Chicken Penne and salads.  

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday:  Super Club Fish, rice and veggies. 

Saturday:  Burgers on the grill. 

Sunday:  Pizza night. 

It's so easy to just grab something while we are on the go. And with David being home this week, we will probably be out at about a lot but we are determined to stick to our menu. Tomorrows dinner will be more like a late lunch before we head out for a night on the town. We have a few more weeks of Lent, so Friday's are all about the fish.
