Menu Plan Monday: February 1st

A new week.  A new month.  And man am I excited about that.  I love February.  So many good things going on this month.  Birthdays, our 12th anniversary, Valentines Day, National Organ Donor Day. Seriously, so much love and life this month.  I can't wait to share it all with you but first lets get to it.

Breakfast
I still can't get the boys to eat a filling breakfast every day.  I make a full breakfast and they push it around on their plates.  Oatmeal is their go to breakfast.  I will make some banana bread and muffins at some point this week too, but they need a good hour or 2 to wake up before they can eat anything big and so I always let them pack a big snack for school.

Lunch
Lunch prep for the week is done.  The boys chose berries, celery and cucumbers plus string cheese and fruit cups for their lunchboxes and school snacks.  They asked for tuna sandwiches, salads and homemade lunchables this week. I will put adult lunches together tomorrow.

Dinner
Monday:  Beef and Broccoli Bowls.

Tuesday:  Buffalo Chicken Bake with salads.

Wednesday:  Leftovers or Lemon Herb Butter Salmon.

Thursday:  Chicken Cesar Wraps.

Friday:  Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp

Saturday:  BBQ Teriyaki Chicken, Hawaiian Mac Salad and Corn.

Its a pretty homey lineup.  The BBQ chicken Bake I made last week was a hit.  So I'm guessing the Buffalo Bake will be a hit too.  Fingers crossed.
