Menu Plan Monday: July 15-21


As usual, I'm keeping the menu pretty simple.  I like simple.  Don't get me wrong.  I love cooking and trying new recipes but I have been horrible at planning lately.  Actually, I still have to go grocery shopping. Summer laziness is in full force around here.  And so here is what is on the menu this week

Monday - Smoked ham, roasted red potatoes and salad.

Tuesday - Leftovers if there is any.  Otherwise it will be Taco Tuesday :)

Wednesday - Fried chicken, rice and coleslaw.

Thursday - Baked ziti with salad and Italian bread

Friday - Hawaiian beef.  Yes I said I was making this 2 weeks ago and still haven't...

Saturday - Baked pork chops, smashed potatoes, gravy and corn.

Sunday -  Mamas supper club tilapia swai with rice and salad.

Lets see if I can actually stick to these this week.   I think I will just post the meals and not assign them to a day.  What can I say I'm a rebel!
