Friday 5: Frustrations

These first few weeks of Summer have been rough!  I think most of it was that I was worried about some health issues that popped up and the stress had been eating away at me.  But its so not like me.   I wouldn't call it a depression.  It was just more of a funk.  I didn't eat well, I didn't run and I felt like junk.

I'm still freaked out about the health issues(more to come on that soon).  But I just can't be so grumpy anymore.  I am going in to the weekend happy and healthy.  So here it is, getting these frustrations out and off my chest!

5 things that are frustrating the heck out of me!
  1. My husband busts his butt at work.  He is overworked and underpaid, but he won't quit because it will leave me, his sick wife, with no insurance.
  2. My energy has been at a zero for since the beginning of summer.  Hopefully its just a good rest from the school year and I will be buzzing about soon.  So much to do, so little time!
  3. My little sister has a boyfriend.  And as happy as I am for her.  I miss vegging on the couch and watching our cheesy shows together.  I miss our random bike rides.  I miss how she used to help me out around the house without having to be asked.
  4. I have been a yelling machine.  The boys and I have been adjusting to being with each other all day.  They yell, I yell, the dogs bark.  I'm so over it!
  5. We have outgrown our house.  My 4 year old is still in bed with us.  I miss being able to reach across the bed and rest my hand on Davids chest.  Most times I reach out, I end up getting Alex in the face.
So there you have it.  Whats been frustrating you lately? Anything you need to get off your chest?  I feel so much better now.  Sometimes you have to just get it out!

Happy first day of Summer. Don't forget tomorrow is the Great American Backyard Campout!  I cut the grass yesterday and I am spraying for bugs tonight.  So excited!!!  You can follow our adventure on Instagram or Twitter !
