Is there such thing?

Todays prompt is “I don’t know about this, but I’d like to.”


I love learning new things.  I love reading.  I love random facts and information.  Right now there is one thing I would like to learn more about.   Clean Eating.

Each one of my doctors have given me different diet guidelines.  And at times they clash, but I've been making it work.  Ok confession time.  I have been really bad about what I've been putting in my body.  But the other day I was talking with a friend and she lent me 2 clean eating books.  I went though them and cant get enough.  Tomorrow I need to stop by the library and find some more books.

We already eat (usually) a fairly healthy diet.  But I've been itching to make a few more changes.  Slowly I have been getting the processed junk out of the house.  Last week was a crazy and I felt like everything was in a box.  My sister actually commented that it was the most boxed grocery shopping I have ever done.  And last week was one of my worst feeling weeks in a long time.

I don't think the family will be super excited about the change.  I think it will take some getting used to for all of us.  But in baby steps we will get there.  Or somewhere close to it.  Is that possible?  To be a semi clean eater?  There aren't rules to this is there?  I don't know yet but I can't wait to find out!
