Wednesday Weigh In

Ok this last week was a train wreck. On top of the weather being horrible, I have been sick. Today was the worst I have felt in 3 years. Ive been in bed for two days. And now after taking my sleepy pill, I'm trying to write this post. So bear with me ;)

I'm going to come right out and say it. This morning I jumped on the scale. 160! Yeah, its the heaviest I've been since having my son. Before I got pregnant I was 165. And just a few months ago I was 140! I'm frustrated and fueled all in one.

I have so many diet restrictions, that I'm not even sure how I could be this heavy. I've been doing great by my diet though. Not a lot of red meat. Been tracking my sodium and calories too. I've got the eating part down pretty well. It's the exercise part I really need to work on. Kinda hard to do when you don't even have the energy to get out of bed!

I know I really need to push myself this week. I'm working on next weeks menu, Ive got a cardio plan set up and I'm ready to push past this pain. Hopefully its just what I need to get out of this rut!

This week I'm hoping to walk atleast 10 miles total, drink less soda and get some good rest! Starting tomorrow! Here we go!!!
